Ray has over 35 industry experience working with small and large organisations, government, semi-government and private companies and firms. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science and Mathematics), project management qualifications from the Australian Computer Society and undertaken project management for Dialog Information Technology, He has extensive knowledge of NET, C#, SQL server, ASP.NET MVC, VB6, VB script, IIS, HTML, Java script, and many other development tools. Ray’s primary role is a senior developer and analyst programmer, requiring adeptness in analysing complex problems to quickly see many possible solutions and articulate the pros and cons of each. This results in the best possible solution for the customer and has resulted in many projects being delivered on time and within budget. Ray also mentors the new software engineers and takes on the responsibility of overseeing all major projects from both a technical perspective and from the business analysis view.
